Providing a safe home, and strong foundation for a bright future

At True North Polaris House, we provide young adults aging out of the foster care system with a safe and supportive home as they transition into independence. Located in Boulder County, our mission is to empower residents to achieve financial stability, develop essential life skills, and build the confidence needed to thrive on their own.
