Welcome to Polaris House
Providing a safe home, and strong foundation for a bright future
At True North Polaris House, we provide a safe and supportive home for young adults leaving foster care or facing homelessness as they transition into independence. Located in Boulder County, our mission is to empower residents to achieve financial stability, develop essential life skills, and build the confidence needed to thrive on their own.
For over 20 years, Polaris House has been a beacon of hope for vulnerable youth in Boulder County. From our roots as a group home to our evolution as True North Polaris House, we’ve helped hundreds of young adults find stability and success.
